About Daniel Drage

Daniel Drage was raised in San Diego, California, and spent most of his life traveling in the summer and winter months to Utah to ski, snow board, climb and hike in the Wasatch and Uintah Mountains. He eventually relocated to Salt Lake City in 1996 to begin his law practice. Dan received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from San Diego State University and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho in 1996.

Dan graduated in the top one-quarter of his class and was lead chair for the National Moot Court/Trial team. Dan practiced as a limited license prosecutor before the district courts in Idaho prior to graduating from law school. He has been admitted to the Utah State and Federal Bar since 1996, the United State District Court and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Dan has successfully practiced and argued multiple cases before the Utah Supreme Court and Utah Court of Appeals.

Dan is an accomplished skydiver with over 1,500 jumps, a seasoned high altitude mountaineer and routinely can be found climbing rock and ice when the season allows. Dan’s drive for extreme sports also spills over into his pursuit to provide success for all of his clients. In all pursuits of life and business, Dan is aggressive, experienced and successful.
